Summary
DESCRIPTION OF TOPIC: (who, what, when, where, why, and how much)
The two new tennis courts at Mel Roberts Park requires underground wiring to the courts.  Additionally, we will be providing underground wiring to one of the existing power poles that violates our LWCF agreemnent for the park.  The total cost of the work is estimated at $5,000 that was allocated in the capital planning projects document.  To date we have allocated $79,956 for the courts and an additional $14,671 for the base (expected to be $10,913).  The remaining balance of $5,373, excluding the base savings expected will cover the cost of $5,000 for the electrical work.
