WHEREAS, Resolution # 14-0044 accepted the USDA's Rural Business Enterprise Grant (RBEG) for $100,000 for equipment for the CAFFM.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves General Government going to bid for three (3) 10' ceiling fans and a solar shading system for the CAFFM under Expense Account 12-665-7335 and appropriates up to $1,000 for bid related expenses.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
