APPOINTMENT OF COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES TO VARIOUS CITY BOARDS

Consider a resolution appointing Council members to various boards. Those that served in the past and the terms are as follows:
1. Historical Commission - Charles J. Ebert, III
2. Foley Housing Authority - Tim Lower
3. Industrial Development Board - Wayne Trawick
4. Museum Archives Advisory Board - Tim Lower
5. Revitalization and Beautification Board - Larry Engel
6. South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce - Roderick Burkle - One Calendar year January 1 - December 31
7. Graham Creek Nature Preserve Advisory Board - Wayne Trawick, Vera Quaites and Richard Dayton have served. The Districts are represented on an annual basis based on the fiscal year running by District number. - Larry Engel
8. Utilities Board of the City of Foley - Charles Ebert, III
9. Foley Education Advisory Board - Roderick Burkle
*NOTE: Terms not noted are terms that run with the term of office and will run November 3, 2025 and end November 5, 2029.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council at its Special Called Organizational Meeting of November 3, 2025, that the Council members shall be appointed as a liaison, a/k/a Council Representative for a term of office ending November 5, 2029:
1. Historical Commission - Charles J. Ebert, III.
2. Foley Housing Authority - Tim Lower
3. Industrial Development Board - Wayne Trawick
4. Museum Archives Advisory Board - Charles Ebert, III
5. Revitalization and Beautification Board - Larry Engel
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Foley City Council at its Special Called Organizational Meeting of November 3, 2025, that the Council members shall be appointed as a liaison, a/k/a Council Representative as follows:
1. South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce - Roderick Burkle, for a term running one calendar year beginning January 1, 2025 and ending January 2, 2026.
