WHEREAS, there is a need for future Soccer Field expansion, and
WHEREAS, there is a parcel of land located adjacent to the Foley Sports COmplex west of the Soccer Field that would meet this future need, and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal for a survey of said property from J. Marshall Smith Surveying.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves J. Marshall Smith Surveying's proposal for the survey of the referenced parcel of land adjacent to the Foley Sports Complex in the amount of $900.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
