NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing to consider Planning Commission's recommendation to adopt an Ordinance to rezone property located at the SE corner of S. Pecan Street and E. Michigan Avenue and owned by Allen and Wilma Burdine from R-1A (Residential Single Family) to PO (Preferred Office District).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
