WHEREAS, East-Foley Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses is constrctuing a new Kingdom Hall located at 21287 County Road 12 S, Foley, AL 36535, and
WHEREAS, East-Foley Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses requests that the City waive or reduce the permit fees to the minimum and allow the East-Foley Congregation of Jehovah's WItnesses to pay the minimum Community Development fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving all but the minimum Community Development Department fees to the minimum for their construction project located at 21287 County Road 12 S. Foley, Alabama.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
