WHEREAS, the Caboose Club operates the Model Train Exhibit, and
WHEREAS, this donation valued at approximately $5,000, (see attached list) from Kat Luchene-Goldman will benefit the current model train collection
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves accepting the donation of model trains from Kat Luchene-Goldman, valued at approximately $5,000 (per attached list),
SECTION 2: Authorizes the Caboose Club to add these trains to the collection at the Foley Model Train Exhibit,
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
