BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors (herein called "the Directors") of THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF FOLEY (herein called "the Board"), a public corporation and instrumentality under the laws of Alabama, as follows:
Section 1. It being found to be in the best interests of the public and necessary to effect the proper use of the property now owned by THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF FOLEY, described as Lot 3 of the Foley Beach Express Industrial Park Subdivision, recorded as Instrument Number 820103, page 1, Baldwin County Probate Records, which was previously given to the Board by the City of Foley, is for THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF FOLEY to return said property to the City of Foley.
