WHEREAS, The Centennial Committee wishes to purchase ornaments to sell as a fundraiser for the Centennial Plaza project,
WHEREAS, The Centennial Committee passed a motion to purchase 500 ornaments from Photofabrication Engineering Inc. (PEI) for no more than $2,400.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of 500 ornaments from Photofabricaton Engineering Inc. (PEI) for no more than$2,400. Expenditure is offsetting between Centennial Fund Capital Project Revenue Account #28-4800 and Centennial Fund Capital Project Miscellaneous/Other Expense Account #28-600-8990.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
