WHEREAS, the Women's Care Medical Center has requested the use and waiver of fees for Heritage Park on February 24, 2018 for their Walk for Life event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park requested by the Women's Care Medical Center for their fundraiser on February 24, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m
