WAIVING FEES FOR HERITAGE PARK PAVILION
WHEREAS, Swift Presbyterian Church has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on April 13, 2019 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm for their fundraiser.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Swift Presbyterian Church for their fundraiser on April 13, 2019 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm.
