On January 3, 2017 Council approved the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce's requests to hold a three day 13th Annual Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival at the Foley Sportsplex on May 5-7, 2017 and to serve alcoholic beverages in a non-corralled designated area. The actual license needs to be approved.
