In order to accommodate the needs of and to restructure the Library and Parks and Recreation, we would like to amend the Pay Classification Plan as follows: 1) Convert the Head of Outreach and Programming to Outreach and Programming Librarian in the Library. 2) Convert one Parks Maintenance Worker I in the Parks Division to a Field Maintenance Worker I in the Recreation Division. These are budget neutral actions.
