WHEREAS, There is a need for additional office space for IT and GIS, and
WHEREAS, There is a need to setup these offices and purchase a new wide format printer for maps.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a one year lease agreement with annual renewal options with WASCAL, LLC.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $4,710 for lease payments and deposits for the remainder of this fiscal year.
SECTION 3: Appropriates $5,674 for Fiber connectivity payable to BlackBelt Technologies Inc.
SECTION 4: Appropriates $11,745 for a new map printer with a three year maintenance agreement from Tiger Direct.com.
SECTION 5: Appropriates $1,100 for minor office renovations and furnishings.
SECTION 6: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
