WHEREAS, the vault in the records room is out of storage space, and
WHEREAS, there is a need for a filing system to allow for more storage space of permenant records.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a vault filing system for the records room in the amount of $19,350.58 from Consolidated Storage Companies, Inc., budgeted at $20,000 under account 01-620-7010.
SECTION 2: Approves using proceeds of the 2014 General Obligation Bonds for this purchase.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
