WHEREAS, Ana Maria Harrison has been a registered interpreter for the City of Foley Municipal Court for the past year, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Harrison has done a good job of providing interpretation services to Municipal Court.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes hiring Ana Maria Harrison from October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012 at an hourly wage of $25. This expense shall be paid for from the Corrections Fund Consulting/Professional Services Account Nol. 15-617-3020.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
