                     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

                     SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by JBW Investments from B-1A (Extended Business District) and PDD (Planned Development District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development).

                     Property is 50.48 +/- acres located east of south McKenzie Street and south of Miflin Road.

                     Section 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
