WHEREAS, the Finance Division's version of Monarch reporting software is obsolete, a newer version needs to be purchased, and funding is available due to a vacant position within the Division.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer of $930.50 from salary account 01-620-1010 to small tool account 01-620-5010 for the purchase of Monarch V. 11.3 from Datawatch Corporation.
SECTION 2: Approves payment of the annual maintenance fee to Datawatch from general equipment account 01-620-6040 which maintains sufficient funding for this expenditure.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
