WHEREAS, South Alabama Rage, D/B/A TNT Fireworks Stand located at 8350 Highway 59 Foley, Alabama was erroneously given a business license to sell fireworks in the Police Jurisdiction of the City Of Foley, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the citizens of Foley that the business license for South Alabama Rage, D/B/A TNT Fireworks located at 8350 Highway 59 South, Foley, Alabama is hereby revoked effective September 15, 2014 at 7:00 p.m.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the revocation of the business license of South Alabama Rage, D/B/A TNT Fireworks Stand located at 8350 Highway 59 Foley, Alabama.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
