     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by Old Town II, LLC from B-2 (Neighborhood Business District) to R1-C (Residential Single Family). Property is 11+/- acres located west of South Hickory Street and south of Michigan Ave.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
