WAIVE FEES FOR HABITAT FOR HUMANITY

WHEREAS, Habitat for Humanity of Baldwin County is constructing a home on Juniper Street and has requested a waiver of permit fees, except for the required minimum fees, for new construction. The work will be done at PIN# 119405, Lot 3 Sweet Magnolia Subdivision Slide 1491-A.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session on April 17, 2017 agrees to waive the Plan Review, Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Zoning and Erosion & Sediment Control fee charging only the required minimum fees for permits for the above referenced Habitat home.
