A Resolution to Increase Budget and Accept Bid for the Graham Creek Boardwalk Capital Project
Summary
On Res-19-1326, Council granted permission to the Nature Parks Department to accept the ADCNR grant and move forward with the Graham Creek Boardwalk project for $75,000. Bids were received with Blade Construction being the lowest responsible bidder at $110,862.00. The total cost for the project will be $113,810.50. Grant funds will provide $35,000. The Nature Parks Department proposes to remove a pavilion from our capital project list to offset $25,000.That would still leave a deficit of $13,810.50 to complete the project.
