NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce to hold a one day festival, Alabama Festival of Flavor on Saturday, October 19, 2013 in Historic Downtown Foley.
SECTION 2: Approves the serving of alcoholic beverages in a non-corralled designated area based upon ABC Board approval.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
