WHEREAS, the OWA development and the City of Foley Sports Tourism and Event Center require directional wayfinding signage on State Highway 59 and East Pride Boulevard to direct traffic for the safety of our citizens and visitors, and;
WHEREAS, the pylon sign consists of electronic signage as well as static advertising along with directional information, and;
WHEREAS, the sign will be placed in City right-of-way, and;
WHEREAS, the electronic portion will advertise OWA, City of Foley Sports Tourism events, City of Foley Event Center events and possible weather events, and;
