Consider certain Residential Sanitation accounts as uncollectible in the amount of $128.00.
Body
WHEREAS, Riviera Utilities has determined that certain City residential sanitation accounts are considered uncollectible at this time and have requested that these accounts be written off for accounting purposes, and
WHEREAS, the request for write-off, submitted by Riviera Utilities in memorandum form, shall become a part of this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council in regular session November 7, 2016 that certain City of Foley residential sanitation accounts in the collective amount of $128.00 (ONE HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT AND NO/100) Dollars, as listed on the attached memorandum dated October 21, 2016 be written off the books of the City for fiscal year 2016-17.
