Summary
Forward Church is requesting the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion on June 9, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm for a church social. They are planning to set up tables and chairs and serve snacks for the children. They will also set up a bounce house with the knowledge that liability insurance must be provided to the recreation department. They respectfully request that the fees for the park and pavilion be waived.

WHEREAS, Forward Church has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on June 9, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm for a church social.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Forward Church on June 9, 2019.
