Dear Mayor Hellmich and City Council Members,
The City of Foley Planning Commission held a meeting on October 20, 2021 and the following action was taken:
Public Projects
The City of Foley Planning Commission had received a request to recommend to Mayor and Council the following public projects: Storage building at Fire Training Center, First Responder Safe Room, New
Library, Comfort Station Restroom Upgrade, GOMESA Land Connectivity & Improvements, Maintenance area pole barn, Disc Golf Course, New Public Works Campus & Secondary entry road, additional
multipurpose fields and an inclusive playground.
Commissioner Engle made a motion to recommend the proposed public projects to Mayor and Council. Commissioner Mixon seconded the motion. All Commissioners voted aye.
Motion to recommend the proposed public projects to Mayor and Council passes.
