     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

 

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by Crimson Land Development, LLC from B-1A ( Extended Business District ), PO (Preferred Office District), AO (Agricultural Open Space) and R-2 (Residential Single Family and Duplex) to R-3 (Residential Multi - Family). Property is 17+/- acres located South of Michigan Ave.

 

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
