WHEREAS, Executive Director Joe Aldrete of Dream Center of Baldwin County is requesting use of the Civic Center and the fees to be waived for their 4th Annual Charity Dinner and Silent Auction on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of the Foley Civic Center for the Dream Center's Annual Charity Dinner and Silent Auction on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
