WHEREAS, there is a need to purchase wayfinding signage to direct delivery truck traffic from US 59 to Airport Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department requests the City Council to appropriate $175.00 to purchase the wayfinding sign, and
WHEREAS, installation of this sign will be performed by Baldwin County Highway Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $175.00 to purchase wayfinding sign to be installed by Baldwin County Highway Department, amending Account No. 01-624-5010.
