WHEREAS, additional switches are needed to complete a city wide networking project, and
WHEREAS, budgeted funds are available.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves a capital expenditure for switches in the amount of $5,800 to CDW.
SECTION 2: Transfers $5,800 from 01-620-5611 to 01-620-7111.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
