WHEREAS, the City has determined that the GIS function is a function of General Government because GIS serves all departments of the City, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to move GIS from the Community Development Department to the General Government Department and there is a need to transfer personnel funds in the City's General Fund Budget in support of this action.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:      Authorizes transferring funds in the amount $20,398 as follows:
 
$14,958.00 (Salaries - from 615-1010 to 620-1010)
$1,144.00 (Payroll Tax - from 615-1030 to 620-1030)
$1,061.00 (Retirement - from 615-1050 to 620-1050)
$3,158.00 (Health/Vision/Dental - from 660-1015 to 660-1020)
$64.00 (Life/Disability - from 615-1041 to 620-1041)
$13.00 (W/C - From 615-1160 to 620-1160)
