Under Section 1.2(4) of the City's Personnel System Policy, the Foley City Council recognizes the continuance of the appointment of Michael Dasinger and Frank Hollon as Part-time Municipal Judges, for the remainder of the present administration's term, and, wishes to designate this position as a part-time, regular, professional exempt employee at the rate of compensation as is presently set forth in the FY24 Budget.

     WHEREAS, Under Section 1.2(4) of the City's Personnel System Policy, the Foley City Council recognizes the continuance of the appointment of Michael Dasinger as Part-time Municipal Judge and Frank Hollon as Part-time Assistant Municipal Judge, for the remainder of the present administration's term, and, wishes to designate this position as a part-time, regular, professional exempt employee at the rate of compensation as is presently set forth in the FY 2024 Budget.  

 

                     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

                     SECTION 1:                      Recognizes the continuance of the appointments of Michael Dasinger as Part-time Municipal Judge and Frank Hollon as Part-time Assistant Municipal Judge, for the remainder of the present administration's term, and, wishes to designate this position as a part-time, regular, professional exempt employee at the rate of compensation as is presently set forth in the FY 2024 Budget.  

 

 

                     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
