WHEREAS , Ingram Book Distributors is one of approximately four primary sources to purchase newly released books and electronic material for the library, and
WHEREAS, under enabling Resolution 13-0494, Ingram Book Distributors was inadvertently left out of the resolution, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 13-0494 must be amended to include Ingram Book Distributors along with Baker & Taylor, Baker & Taylor Entertainment, Over Drive and Recorded Books as primary sources for purchases for the library.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 13-0494 to include Ingram Book Distributors along with Baker & Taylor, Baker & Taylor Entertainment, Over Drive and Recorded Books as primary sources for purchases for the library.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
