Body
    WHEREAS,Goodwyn Mills and Cawood prepared a master plan for the Graham Creek Nature Preserve based on discussion and approval of the Graham Creek Advisory Board.
   NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
   SECTION 1:     Adopts the Graham Creek Nature Preserve Master Plan as a guidance document.
   SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
