WHEREAS,The Foley Housing Authority is requesting all rezoning fees to be waived for their new housing project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the rezoning fees for the Foley Housing Authority new housing project.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
