WHEREAS, the Women's Care Medical Center has requested the use and waiver of fees for Heritage Park on March 11, 2017 for their Walk-a-Thon event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park requested by the Women's Care Medical Center for their fundraiser on March 11, 2017 from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m
