Whereas, the City of Foley desires to purchase a 3000 sq. ft. metal building located at 204 East Rose Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to purchase the property for $82,500.00, as is no warranty
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a 3000 sq. ft. metal building adjacent to the Parks Department which is described below:
North 53.5 feet of Lot 5 all of Lot 6 in Block 1, of Magnolia Springs Land Company Subdivision.
SECTION 2: The City of Foley agrees to purchase the property for $82, 500.00, as is no warranty.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
