NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, grants permission of the use of Beulah Heights Park requested by Emmanuel's Place for their Toy Drive on October 15th and November 12th from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
