Resolution to Memorialize the Costs of a Stream Cleanout due to Public Health and Safety Concerns East of State Highway 59 on County Road 12.
Summary
The Street Department has received numerous complaints concerning drainage issues on County Road 12. The Street Department contracted Greenco to perform emergency maintenance to make drainage improvements to a stream and to the ditch East of State Highway 59 on County Road 12 in the approximate amount of $350,000.00, under account #400-3010-5102 (R70 12&59). This drainage project is planned in FY23 for $120,000, therefore funds need to be appropriated to account #400-3010-5102 (R70 12&59). The Street Department is requesting to Memorialize these improvements due to the immediate action that needed to be taken.
