Sue Steigerwald - respectfully request an increase to General Government Travel & Training (01-620-8060) by $3,800.  Two very useful educational opportunities at the University of Wisconsin are available that will benefit Miranda Bell in her roles of project management support and capital infrastructure administration.  A internet search did not result in any similar opportunities being offered in our area.

WHEREAS, Two educational opportunities that will benefit Miranda Bell, Finance Division, are available of the University of Wisconsin April 7 - April 10, 2015.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Approves Miranda Bell to attend Municipal Engineering Fundamentals for Non-Engineers and Developing and Implementing Effective Municipal Capital Improvement Plans at the University of Wisconsin April 7-10, 2015.
SECTION 2:       Appropriates $3,800 to General Government Staff Training account 01-620-8060 for registration, hotel, and estimated airfare and related travel costs.
SECTION 3:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
