WHEREAS, There is a need for additional help to manage the workload in Human Resources, and
WHEREAS, There are surplus funds in the Employee Continuing Education Account whereas this could be used to fund a temporary, part-time position for the remainder of the year.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes transfering a total of $8,000.000 from account #01-620-1205 into the various personnel accounts #01-620-xxxx to fund a part-time, temporary employee not to exceed 29 hours per week for the remainder of the fiscal year.
SECTION 2: Human Resources will provide the Finance Division with the account transfer details upon adoption of this resolution.
