A Resolution Approving Sawgrass Consulting, LLC Professional Services Proposal Addendums for the Monarch Conservatory
Summary
The monarch conservatory capital project at Graham Creek Nature Preserve will require civil engineering for the site. Sawgrass Consulting, LLC prepared a proposal with survey, roadway, drainage, parking, geotechnical services, foundation design and construction administration with a not to exceed $25,000. After initial layouts and costs were analyzed, the site location needed to be moved to save over $250,00 in site work construction costs. To complete the civil engineering and design as well as add a supplemental agreement for an architect, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineering services. These services will assure the greenhouse conservatory meets all applicable codes. The overall change will be for an additional $62,500 in professional services. This amount is still within the allocated project amount and requires no additional funding at this time.
