Andrea Overstreet and the Redemption Apostolic Church is requesting the use of Heritage Park to host a Community Praise in the Park event on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 1pm - 3pm. They will have live music, entertainment, and worship for the community to participate. They will supply their own sound equipment. This event will be open to the public. They are requesting all fees to be waived.

WHEREAS, Andrea Overstreet and Redemption Apostolic Church are requesting the use of Heritage Park for a Community Praise in the Park event on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 1pm - 3pm, and
WHEREAS, they will have live music and entertainment and worship for the community to participate in and they will supply their own sound equipment, and
WHEREAS, they are requesting all fees to be waived.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the fees for Andrea Overstreet and Redemption Apostolic Church to use Heritage Park for a Community Praise in the Park event on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 1pm - 3pm.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
