Summary
The Parks & Recreation Department received a request from Joseph Fowler and Big Fish Ministries to use Heritage Park on Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm through December 31, 2023. They plan to set up a table, chairs with a sign/banner and pass out bibles and water as well and praying and sharing the gospel with park goers when approached. They will not be present when there are special events in the park.
