WHEREAS, Resolution 18-1237 accepted the proposals for work to be done for the Heritage Park Sidewalk project, but didn't appropriate the total budgeted funds needed, and
WHEREAS, it is now desired that Public Works personnel perform the work at a cost of $2,000 rather than EJ Builders.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
