Resolution of Support for the Wolf Bay Watershed Management Plan
Summary
The Wolf Bay Watershed Management Plan was completed July 2020 with the City of Foley being a major partner in the development. The project was managed by the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program with plan development by Volkert, Inc. and Allen Engineering and Science. The plan details existing conditions, climate vulnerability, identification of critical issues, management measures and implementation strategies. Since its completion, partners have collaborated to implement the management measures identified. Foley has received multiple grants due to the projects identified in the plan. The Environmental and Nature Parks Department recommends the resolution of support for this regional plan.
