WHEREAS, from time to time the City Council has to make adjustments to their calendar because of unforeseen circumstances, and
WHEREAS, a quorum will not be present for the regularly scheduled Work Session/Council Meeting, making it necessary to reschedule the meeting to conduct official City business, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reschedule the meeting to Monday, March 23, 2026, at the same time as originally planned due to the lack of quorum, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves rescheduling the Work Session/Council Meeting with the same time (4:00 p.m. respectively) due to lack of quorum as follows:
The previously scheduled Work Session/Council Meeting is rescheduled for Monday, March 23, 2026.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
