Foley Sports Tourism needs a vehicle to transport rights holders as well as provide transportation to City Hall for mail and other administrative duties. We are requesting use of the Economic Development SUV and moving $559 from 1-627-6010 to account 1-628-6010 and $183 from account 1-627-6020 to 1-628-6020. These amounts are remaining in the Economic Development budget and will require not increase to the budget.

WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism needs a vehicle for professional and administrative staff and
WHEREAS, the Economic Development department no longer needs a SUV.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer of the Economic Development vehicle to Sports Tourism.
SECTION 2: Approves the transfer of $559 from 1-627-6010 to account 1-628-6010 and $183 from account 1-627-6020 to 1-628-6020
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
