NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, approves the placement of an Alabama Festival of Flavor banner in the public right of way in front of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce building for the purpose of advertising the festival prior to the event on October 8, 2016.
